We apply a 5-step disciplined approach to identify and focus on the needs of clients:
 
 
 

1. Analysis

  In-dept understanding of the client's business, culture and objectives.
  Identify the skills and interpersonal characteristics required in a position.
  Identify and gather a comprehensive position specification and job description.

 
     
 

2.strategy

  Customize the search criteria to client's needs.
  Draw candidates from our own database, personal contacts, and network of Al-Haramain alliances, and advertise through newspaper    as per  the Client request

 
     
 

3.screening

  In-depth assessment of candidates against specifications.
  Short-list the candidates to minimum.

 
     
 

4.Presentation

  Submit written profile of candidates with assessment and background information.
  Arrange and facilitate the interviews for clients (If requested).

 
     
 

5.Selection

  Participate actively and effectively in the selection process.
  Assist client in negotiation for reaching mutual acceptable package.
